I just coded it yesterday

Regarding sound... it "used" to play a lot better, but I found several "crashing" bugs in the SPU resampler... so basically... I erased the whole resampler from the beta release... I expect to have the SPU fixed and remade for next release.

Anyway... I might make a "quick fix" to the "setup tool" during this week end, if that is really needed.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!Roorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17979263609640393853noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8043752704615207934.post-73649435108673551642012-08-24T18:54:11.862-07:002012-08-24T18:54:11.862-07:00I'll copy/paste what i wrote in ngemu...
Cool...I'll copy/paste what i wrote in ngemu...

Cool just tried it out, for a first release is pretty good. Just a few constructive criticism =)

I tested this with the zip version of the emulator, not the installer.

*The configuration window is a bit buggy, i assigned the buttons Up, Left, Down, Right to the numpad: 8, 4, 5, 6 but it doesn't work, it's still moving in the arrow keys when it supposed to be moving in the numpad.

*Sound is a bit messed up but it's cool, this is still a beta but for a first release it's good.

*Where does the emulator store the settings? (and could it be made to be stored inside the emulator folder instead?)

*Can the window be saved in the same position every time you start a game?

*And lastly, could you please expand the configuration keys to the other exotic keyboard keys? aka: the symbols like:
; , . [ ] Left Control Key - = etc... and also assign a different key for the fast forward.

This are my constructive criticism, i hope you don't see it as a: pain in the ass little features but instead see it as features that some users would love to have and that's what truly makes an emulator worth using.

And i absolutely loved the fast forward key, is pretty damn fast, way faster than no$gba and Desmume, good job there mate.

Keep up the good work, cheers.xZabuzaxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02066523371029050338noreply@blogger.com
